multi-channel retail system to efficiently manage their in-store EPOS, telesales, B2B, back office operations and ecommerce integrations moving forward.
A key requirement was to provide an innovative retail store solution that offered Click & Collect, quotations, returns and repairs, and enabled the store team to deliver exemplary customer service.
Richer Sounds now has company-wide visibility of information with full system access in 52 stores and offices. They benefit from a single customer view across all channels, allowing them to map and analyse customer interactions, gaining a deeper understanding of behaviour to help drive further improvements in stock management and service delivery.
