NET-A-PORTER.COM has chosen Claranet to provide web hosting and connectivity services that will support its expansion plans.
Security and flexibility adds business assurance
Under the contract, the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) compliant managed service provider will deliver connectivity to NET-A-PORTER with service level agreements (SLAs) on availability and performance, integrated with a fully redundant hosting environment that will also be managed by Claranet. The contract takes effect in spring this year.
Michel Robert, Claranet managing director, commented: “For an e-commerce business such as NET-A-PORTER, a very flexible, scalable and reliable service is key to ensuring the hosting infrastructure can handle constantly changing demands and cost-effectively support future growth.”
