New system in tune with Richer Sounds

Home entertainment retailer Richer Sounds has implemented a new company-wide omnichannel system
The company is using the Sanderson multi-channel retail system to execute their customer focused multi-channel retail strategy.
Flexibility to adapt their business processes and extend their multi-channel retail capabilities were core requirements, as was the need for the new multi-channel system to be fully integrated with their new ecommerce platform.
To achieve this, Richer Sounds chose the Sanderson multi-channel retail system to efficiently manage their in-store EPOS, telesales, B2B, back office operations and ecommerce integrations moving forward.
A key requirement was to provide an innovative retail store solution that offered Click & Collect, quotations, returns and repairs, and enabled the store team to deliver exemplary customer service.
Customer interactions
Richer Sounds now has company-wide visibility of information with full system access in 52 stores and offices. They benefit from a single customer view across all channels, allowing them to map and analyse customer interactions, gaining a deeper understanding of behaviour to help drive further improvements in stock management and service delivery.
